Balsall Common’s Railway Inn on Station Road next to Berkswell Station is home to a fine selection of mouthwatering steaks and curries every Wednesday evening at very reasonable prices. Value for money-wise it can’t be beaten. Food is served from 6pm until 9pm.

Following series of events which have caused the Railway Inn to depart from some of its’ regular patterns, normal service is resumed this week with the return on Friday of the Slater boys and their Rumours Soul Suite Disco.
As always entry is free and the music – a selection from the 60s right through to the 90s – gets underway at 8:30pm.
The Railway Inn is also showing tomorrow’s big-match between Wigan and Arsenal – a must-win for both sides – where there will be pork batches available at half-time.
