The popular periodical Shop and Indulge fayre offering shopping plus beauty and health treatments returns to Meriden’s Manor Hotel on Friday 28th June. There will be lots to keep shopaholics busy, lots of stalls and beauty products, plus range of epxeriences and treatments such as psychic readings, Indian head massage, facials, massages, reflexology and reiki healing to name but a few. The shopping experience will include bags and jewellery and more.

Berkswell Rugby Club is relocating to Meriden for its’ annual midsummer celebrations with a big event in Meriden on Saturday 22nd June 2013, where popular Coventry band the Swains are the main act. The Meningitis Trust are the benefactors of Barney’s Bash, a fun-packed live music and variety performance event with additional attractions at The Dairy Farm, Great Packington in Meriden on Saturday 15th June 2013.
The event with music from across the decades will be compered by BBC Countryfile’s Adam Henson and has been generously funded by contributors and sponsors in advance, meaning that every penny raised goes directly to charity.

The event – which boasts popular Coventry band the Swains as its’ headline act – is open to the wider community, fans of the band and anybody who likes to party.
Tickets are on general sale for £10 each at Balsall Common Pharmacy on Station Road, ideal for busy folk thanks to their long opening hours. The event at Dairy Farm, Great Packington runs from 7:30pm with DJ Pete Homer warming up the crowd for the headliners.
