INCONSIDERATE ROADWORKS!!

I was just wondering if anyone else has been kept awake all night due to the noisy roadworks that continued all through the night on the Kenilworth Road, Alder Lane traffic lights junction? I can only imagine how many others were disturbed by the racket coming from their machines, which they had on until 4am this morning! When i finally had enough and went to confront the workmen they assured me it should be completed by Saturday night!!! Fabulous!! Ear plugs at the ready tonight folks!! After the amount of council tax we pay, surely they could be more considerate and do the repairs at a more suitable time ??? Sorry for the rant but some of us need our sleep!!
