Remembering Baby Angels at Christmas

The Lily Mae Foundation, a local Charity that supports parents and families who have suffered a Stillbirth or Neonatal Death, held its annual Little Shining Lights Christmas Remembrance Service to honour those babies born too early, too poorly or sleeping on Sunday 7th December at St Mary’s Church, Temple Balsall.

One hundred and thirty five people, parents, their children, families and friends attended the very emotional Service, conducted by The Reverend Kathy Lloyd Roberts, in celebration and memory of their angel babies.

The Lily Mae Foundation would like to thank Kathy and her Team at St Mary’s for all their help and support with our Service. Thanks too to Blooms Solihull, a Wyevale Garden Centre for kindly donating the Christmas tree for our dedications. The tree will remain at St Mary’s throughout Christmas time.

The photo shows the tree with dedications and messages to sixty eight local babies, who have been lost to Stillbirth or Neonatal Death, from their parents, families and friends.
