Warwickshire legend and ex-England cricketer Darren Maddy takes to the field for Berkswell Cricket Club at Meeting House Lane in Balsall Common in a fixture that gets underway at midday today (Saturday 16th August).
Darren joins Warwickshire cricketers past and present, including skipper Dominic Ostler, Nick James and 21 year old former Heart of England School pupil Tom Milnes. Berkswell are currently sitting in 2nd place in the world-renowned Birmingham League Premier Division with 6 games to go. Tomorrow’s visitors are 3rd placed Barnt Green. Match day visitors are welcome free of charge and welcome to come and use bar, which will be open from 12:30pm:
