Free tennis sessions in Balsall Common seek to capitalise on Murray mania

“Are you Andy with a racquet? …….. then have a ‘Murray moment'” say representatives of Berkswell & Balsall Common Tennis Club on Meeting House Lane in Balsall Common as they throw open their gates open for free sessions for all this Sunday 18th August 2013, as part of their celebration of tennis and Andy Murray’s historic Wimbledon Championship title win in July.

First timers or rusty racquets of any age can play for free using racquets and balls provided by the club, with experienced tennis players on hand to offer encouragement and tips.

Four courts have been allocated to the free sessions, open to all ages. Email chris.rhodes @ (remove spaces first) with the subject “Yes I’ll have a Murray moment”. This Sunday’s free sessions are the last in a four weekend series.
