“Are you Andy with a racquet? …….. then have a ‘Murray moment'” say representatives of Berkswell & Balsall Common Tennis Club on Meeting House Lane in Balsall Common as they throw open their gates open for free sessions for all tomorrow (Sunday 28th July 2013) in the wake of Andy Murray’s historic Wimbledon Championship title win earlier this month.

First time visitors can play for free using racquets and balls provided by the club, with the added benefit of having experienced tennis players on hand to offer encouragement and tips.

Four courts have been allocated to the free sessions, open to all ages, with the only stipulation being to email interest in advance to claim a spot on court.

Email chris.rhodes@bbctc.co.uk with the subject “Yes I’ll have a Murray moment”. Tomorrow’s free sessions are the first of a series of four every Sunday. If you can’t make it tomorrow why not claim a spot at one of the following Sunday sessions instead?
