  1. BRAID (Berkswell Residents Against Inappropriate Development) has hired consultants who are pursuing legal objections to Solihull councils plans to open up site 19 on Riddings Hill for development. Solihull council could be exposed to emabrrasing revelations that they have changed goalposts to hoodwink the local community. This is causing outrage amongst balsall Common residents.

Insiders at the Council have revealed that exceptional circumstances to release site 19 are known not to exist but councillors need to sell this valuable land on Riddings Hill to balance the budget.
