The Brickmakers Arms in Balsall Common has really got its’ summer season underway as they celebrate the success of a successful St John Ambulance fundraiser last Sunday (17th July). The Station Road pub continues its’ summer season with a lazy summer barbecue this Sunday (24th July) from 2pm until 6pm.
Brickmakers boss Victoria Hancox enthused to us about the Brickies burgeoning summer season,
“Our lazy Sunday barbecue this weekend (24th July) runs from 2pm until 6pm and we’re really proud to be using gorgeous local meats from Rumps of Warwick as well as welcoming back John the Chef who’ll be flipping the meats.”
The flurry of events continues with the regular monthly Round Table quiz and curry night on Wednesday (27th July) before this Summer’s headline live music and barbecue event the following Saturday (30th July).
“We’re really looking forward to our live music summer party next weekend, where the live band will be offering us a selection of favourites from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s, with the usual summer barbecue.” says Victoria.

Sunday 24th July – Lazy summer holiday barbecue
Wednesday 27th July – Round Table monthly quiz and curry night (starts 8pm)
Saturday 30th July – Summer Party with live music and barbecue
