The Coventry Evening telegraph reports that a 20 year old ex-resident of Balsall Common is convicted of threatening to kill two local teenage girls. He received a three year community sentence and is banned from entering BC for 4 years.

Berkswell & Balsall opens up courts for free tennis Open Day
Berkswell & Balsall Common Tennis Club will be holding its annual Open Day this Sunday 15th May – offering FREE tennis to members of the public.
The Club, based at the Lant Community Centre, Meeting House Lane, Balsall Common will open its courts to people of all ages and abilities – so, whether you’re a beginner, a rusty racket or an advanced player – just turn up and try the facilities.
Activities on the day will include Junior Tennis Factory, junior group sessions with one of our coaches, test the speed of your serve, a tennis demonstration and ‘mix-in’ organised play.

Building Work on Medical Centre to commence Monday 9th May
