Balsall Parish Council has called an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held at Chadwick End Village Hall on Monday 16th August at 7:30 pm. Items for discussion include the future management and usage of Chadwick End Village Hall, various proposals for ongoing improvements to Willow Park on Needlers End Lane and a planning application for the demolition and replacement of Blenheim Cottage in Fen End.

I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT AN EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE ABOVE NAMED PARISH WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY 16 AUGUST 2010 AT 7.30 PM AT CHADWICK END VILLAGE HALL. MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL ARE SUMMONED TO ATTEND FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING AND RESOLVING THE BUSINESS TO BE TRANSACTED AT THE MEETING AS SET OUT HEREUNDER.

          delegated authority to order additional refuse bins for Willow Park

          litter pickings at the recreations grounds if necessary.
        3. Resolution to give the Play
          Areas Committee the delegated authority to employ or contract a person
          or company to act as a park warden.
