16/08/07 – Ticking Time Bomb

geeup writes,

“Can you help please,

The land owner who owns the land behind the Saracens Head in Balsall Common has a ‘ticking time bomb on his hands.

He has a duty to keep his field in reasonable condition without it being a threat to horses lives, Ragwort is poisonous to horses. What happened to the Shetland ponies on this field? The fencing is also inadequate numerous of times these ponies have managed to get out of the field.

The field is situated behind the Saracens Head Pub on the Main Balsall Common Road in Balsall Common and can be viewed from Magpie Lane.
