Planning Applications for consideration

5.1
No observations on the following applications:
2005/437 ? 46 Balsall Street East, two storey side extension
2005/424 ? 3 Ash Furlong Close, first floor side extension to provide kitchen, utility, garage with bedroom and ensuite over. Porch and conservatory to the rear.
5.2

2005/427

? 128 Kenilworth Road, outline-planning permission for the demolition of existing and subsequent erection of 4 No. detached dwellings (siting and means of access to be defined at this stage).
Councillors decided that this was over-intensive development, provided poor and dangerous access and inadequate parking. They suggested the houses should be 2 storeys, not 3. The plans had inadequate turning circles for vehicles. Councillors stated that if the houses were 2 storeys, it would allow more space for access and turning circles, etc.
(Proposed by RC and seconded by GC)
